I am doing a Pink Cheer Me Up Post! First being stuck in ahospital bed in boring hospital gowns is the most awful way to be seen. Glad this isn't a 2 way screen you's all run and hide!
You know what tickles me pink? Yep, fun hot pink boas!
Oh how I loved playing dress-up!
And of course a pair of sassy pink slippers trimmed with feathers...
Soft and cozy pale pink nightie.
And now time for a nap.
Oh yeah, I forgot you do not sleep EVER in hospitals!
Being with my daughter Jenni CHEERS me up!
The smile on his face CHEERS me up (the most loveable man in the world).
The view of Glimmerglass Lake is breathtaking and always cheers me up!
Hot pink gladiolas Cheer me up, the flower for all us Leo/August babies!
Sitting at my computer with a cup of fresh brewed SUMATRA roast coffe cheers me up!!!
So from my hospital bed to your phone

H Valri...
ReplyDeleteOh, I'm sorry to hear that you're in the hospital. I remember when I had to stay and it was not fun...well, part not-fun and part funny because I had some serious comedians for nurses :) ) it was great.
I loved seeing all the lovely pink things...and even more so, hearing what makes you happy!!!...My favorites were reading about how your family makes you happy...that and a nice cup of coffee :) :) I hope you feel better soon. Take care!!! Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :) :)
p.s. whenever you have that address for me, please email it...and I'll get a letter and some cookies sent out!!!
Good golly Miss Valrie ~ I hope you get thru this ... easily. Not a lot of fun having those issues.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful PS summer weekend ~
